Over the past two decades, I have coached hundreds of athletes and prepared them for championships both domestically and abroad. My experience extends beyond the realm of competitive bodybuilding; I have helped hundreds of people find their path to the perfect physique and supported athletes from various fields in improving their performance, endurance, and recovery.

As the founder of Body Power Gyms, I have had the privilege of supporting, advising, and mentoring over 20,000 people on their journey to a fit and healthy body over the last 23 years. In my role as a partner at Powerfood, founder of the Body Power Store, and recognized nutrition expert, I have dedicated my life to the mission of helping people achieve a healthier, stronger, and more successful life. This unique combination of success in competitive bodybuilding, extensive experience in nutritional consulting, and comprehensive coaching experience forms the foundation of my holistic approach, specifically designed to identify and achieve the individual goals of our clients.
